About My Account

My Account is where you choose how you want to get text messages from your clinic. To access these settings, click MY ACCOUNT.

Enable SMS Notifications

To start getting text messages from your clinic on your phone:

  1. Next to Enable SMS Notifications, pick the phone number where you want to get messages.

  2. If the phone number is not shown, choose "Other" and then type the phone number you want in the SMS Phone.

  3. Next, click the switch to turn it On.

Opt In to Enable SMS Notifications

After you turn on Enable SMS Notifications, it shows as 'Pending'.

Check your phone for a text message from your clinic. Follow the steps in the message.

  • To get messages from your clinic, reply with "start".

  • If you don't want to get notifications, ignore the message.

Enable SMS Notifications is On

After you opt in, your clinic can start sending you text messages.

Fine tune your notification preferences. To be notified when:

  • A new form is ready for you to complete, set New Forms to On.

  • A reminder is sent to complete a form, set Form Reminders to On.

  • You complete a form, set Completed Forms to On.
